Extremely Low and Very Low Income Units. Shasta Court is a 60 unit development that will comprise of 40 two bedroom units and 20 three bedroom units.
Each apartment in the development will be constructed with the following amenities: range, oven, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, central heating, air conditioning, granite countertops, vertical blinds, carpeting, and a coat closet. All of the apartments are designed for energy efficiency and include energy star rated appliances. Common amenities include: central laundry facilities, a perimeter fence, gated entry, community room with common kitchen, computer room with high-speed internet connection, tot-lots, barbecue and picnic areas and on-site management. The apartments will exceed Title 24 requirements and will achieve Green Building Communities accreditation.
