Cloverdale Family Apartments
This 32 unit 100% affordable housing development consists of 16-two bedroom and 16- three bedroom units. 100% of the units are restricted to low and very low-income farm labor families. The development is scheduled to be construction complete by November 2016. 100% occupancy will occur by December 2016.
