Ivanhoe Family Apartments is a 76 unit development that will comprise of 16 one-bedroom units, 36 two-bedroom units and 24 three-bedroom units. Each apartment in the development will be constructed with the following amenities: range, oven, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, central heating and air conditioning, granite countertops, vertical blinds, carpeting, a coat closet. All of the apartments are designed for energy efficiency and include energy star rated appliances.

Common amenities include: central laundry facilities, a perimeter fence, gated entry, community room with common kitchen, computer room with high-speed internet connection, tot-lots, bbq and picnic areas and on-site management. The apartments will exceed Title 24 requirements and will achieve Green Building Communities accreditation.

Construction will commence in January of 2012 and is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2012.
