Bravo Village Apartments is a 60 unit development that will comprise of 16 one-bedroom units, 24 two-bedroom units and 20 three-bedroom units. Each apartment in the development will be constructed with the following amenities: range, oven, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, central heating and air conditioning, granite countertops, vertical blinds, carpeting, a coat closet. All of the apartments are designed for energy efficiency and include energy star rated appliances.

Common amenities include: central laundry facilities, a perimeter fence, gated entry, community room with common kitchen, computer room with high-speed internet connection, tot-lots, bbq and picnic areas and on-site management. The apartments will exceed Title 24 requirements and will achieve Green Building Communities accreditation.

Construction will commence in Spring of 2012 and is scheduled for completion in 2013.
